Tolga Ergüven started his banking career at Citigroup where he worked for almost 10 years, respectively in Public Sector, Energy and Infrastructure industries and Corporate and Investment Banking in Turkey and Romania. He then moved to Credit Agricole Istanbul as a Director in Corporate and Investment Banking in 2008 where he led various structured/project and aqcuisition finance syndicated loan facilities as well as M&A adviory transactions for top tier congloromates. In 2011, he joined EBRD with a primary responsibility of origination and execution of oil and gas upstream, pipeline, refinery and precious mining projects debt and equity financing projects covering a diversified region including Turkey, Caucasus and Central Asia. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked in Yıldırım Group’s metals and mining division as an Executive Director, in charge of group’s global finance and investment operations from Kazakhstan, Russia, Sweden, USA and Turkey. Since 2020, he has been working at GAMA Enerji as a CFO, one of the lead energy generation and infrastructure investment companies with operations located both in Turkey and Jordan.
