Michal has more than 20 years of experience in the international capital markets, including senior capital markets roles at JPMorgan, Standard Bank and currently BancTrust. At Standard Bank Michal was heading the high-yield capital markets corporate effort with particular focus on the Sub-Saharan Africa region. He managed to transform the Bank’s capital markets activity into a leading regional franchise. Michal executed transactions for Millicom, Helios Towers, Tullow Oil, Kosmos Energy and supported many other with capital markets advisory. At JPMorgan Michal was responsible for Emerging European debt capital markets activity of the Bank. In years 2017-2018 Michal was a Chief Financial Officer of a mid-cap company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange where he was responsible for accounting, controlling, finance and IR teams. Michal obtained his MA in International Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
