Kathleen is a Banking Partner at Allen & Overy LLP, based in Johannesburg. She advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of international banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, acquisition finance and debt restructurings. She has extensive banking and finance experience in developed and emerging markets, having worked in Europe, Asia and Africa. She recently advised on a number of sovereign loans in Africa.
