Lettiere is graduated in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in São Paulo, with specialization in finance. Additional education includes training programs at University of Chicago and INSEAD.
Occupied strategic positions in Finance and General Management at Unilever for 17 years, some of which overseas. From 2004 to 2008, he was Vice Presidente of Finance and CFO at PepsiCo of Brazil. Between 2009 and 2014, Lettiere worked as CFO and Investor Relations at Alpargatas SA.
From 2015 until March 2018 worked as Vice President Investor Relations & CFO at Natura Cosmetics SA. Lettiere is also Vice President of the Financial Excecutive Association IBEF-SP.
In 2012, he received the award " CFO of the year" from the Brazilian Institute of Finance.
