Isil is a senior emerging markets banker with 20 years’ international experience in multi-product deal origination with corporates and financial institutions across CEEMEA with an extensive knowledge in fixed income products, particularly private debt and DCM. She has acted as Head of Turkey at VTB Capital London for over 9 years and prior to that, she held various roles both on buy-side and sell-side doing trading and portfolio management at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and MV Holding. Her expertise runs across debt and equity, public and private markets, FX, commodities, Islamic finance and a range of structured products that enabled her to successfully close numerous transactions. Isil holds a BA degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
