Evgeniy has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and deal structuring and currently leads deal structuring and legal affairs at Sberbank’s merchant banking department, the bank’s mezzanine arm. Before joining Sberbank group in 2016, Evgeniy worked as senior associate with two major international law firms (Skadden, Arps and Herbert Smith) and was the head of legal for Invest AG. Evgeniy holds legal degree from the Moscow State University, degree in economics from the Finance University and EDP decree from LBS.
