Erika is a seasoned Structured & Corporate Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Development Finance. She is head of the Syndicated Loans & Acquisition Finance Team and Strategic Investment Group in México. Erika joined Santander’s Corporate and Investment Banking in 2010, prior to her current position she was Head of Portfolio Management and Head of Private Debt Mobilization. She has participated with local and global companies in large transactions, specially Corporate, LBOs, Leverage and Structured finance, and during the years she spent in development banking she participated in relevant Infrastructure Financings. Erika holds a Degree in Business Administration from UIA and a MBA from ITAM.
