Matha Capital
Charity has more than 10 years’ experience in commercial banking. She is an Executive Director in Matha Capital Rwanda responsible for origination, structuring and business development in the East and Southern Africa region.
Prior to joining Matha Capital Group, she was a Senior Manager in charge of Corporate Credit Appraisal at Bank of Kigali, the largest bank in Rwanda, overseeing the implementation of the Bank’s credit risk management policy in lending to corporate clients operating across various sectors.
Charity has managed a loan portfolio consisting of clients operating in a broad range of industries including aviation, manufacturing, energy, commercial real estate, public works and construction among others.
Charity holds an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University.
