Celia is a Vice President in the Sustainable Finance Solutions team at Mizuho in London. She leads Mizuho’s sustainable bond origination platform for corporate, financial and SSA issuers across EMEA, with extensive experience across ESG formats. Celia is Mizuho’s representative for ICMA’s Advisory Council of the Principles Executive Committee 2023-24, and also participates in a number of ICMA’s working groups related to Sustainable Finance. Currently, she is a member of the ICMA Future Leaders Committee as a representative for the UK, and has previously been a member of volunteer organisation Women in Banking and Finance’s Future Leaders Shadow Board and Governance Committee. She graduated with a BSc degree in Economics from UCL.
