Bankole is a Senior Investment Officer with IFC’s Financial Institutions Group, based in South Africa, where he helps lead the origination, structuring, execution, and management of IFC’s investments in Financial Institutions in the Southern Africa region. He has over a decade of global investment and capital markets experience. Prior to the IFC, Bankole was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing audit and business advisory services to clients in Africa’s banking sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and an MBA from the University of Chicago, USA. He is a CFA Charterholder.
