Avinash Pangarkar is the Group Chief Financial Officer of ROSHN, with more than 30 years of experience in Financial and Investment Management, leading the financial functions of some of the key players in the GCC real estate market. His leadership position at ROSHN is the culmination of more than three decades of experience in financial operations, spanning the real estate, investment, financial services and technology sectors.
Pangarkar was appointed in October 2020 as the group CFO of ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund, following a successful three-year term as group CFO for Emaar Properties PJSC and leadership positions in Dubai Holding, Citibank and Microsoft prior to that.
In his role overseeing the financial operations and asset management of the nation’s leading real estate developer, Pangarkar is spearheading ROSHN’s journey to meet the growing demand for housing in Saudi Arabia by developing nationwide integrated residential communities of the highest standard at an unprecedented rate.
