Samer Saleh

Biography

Samer is part of an In-House Fixed Income team actively managing $1.2 Billion of assets mainly in a core Fixed-Income strategy. He is responsible for the day to day management of the Fund which includes generating relative value trade ideas, cross sector analysis and allocation, trade execution, and risk management. Under his management the fund consistently outperformed its benchmark (3yr, 5yr and 10yr trailing). Samer joined the Pension Boards – UCC in November 2005 from Deutsche Asset Management where he was an Assistant Vice-President and filled a dual role as both relationship manager and assistant portfolio manager. He was part of a team responsible for managing $55 billion in insurance assets of an international insurance conglomerate. Samer began his career as a performance analyst at Morgan Stanley followed by a similar but more senior position at Deutsche Asset Management, where he led a team of three whose responsibilities included the statistical analyses of bond portfolios. Samer graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 2001, majoring in Finance and Investments.

The United Church of Christ - Pension Boards joined INCR in 2008.
