Paulina is a Vice President for the Debt Capital Markets group covering Mexico cross-border transactions at HSBC where she started her career. Prior to this role Paulina covered the entire LatAm region as a generalist and spent time on the Leveraged & Acquisition Financing team as well as the US Investment Grade corporate desk. She has helped structure numerous transactions, notably for UMS in Formosa, FEMSA EUR SLB and Cemex Hybrid. Paulina graduated from the Johns Hopkins University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Economics
