Biography

Mauricio joined BBVA Loan Syndicate & Sales - LatAm in New York coming from the BBVA Loan Syndications desk in London where he did origination,

structuring, underwriting and syndicated corporate transactions in multiple industries in most Western European countries and Russia.

Previously, he was part of the Debt Capital Markets team in London, Madrid and Mexico at BBVA. He has more than 22 years

experience in the International Loan markets with BBVA and he also has experience in Real Estate consulting and M&A advisory. Currently, he leads the Loan Syndicate & Sales Latam team covering Latin American corporate and structured transactions in local currency and crossborder.

Mauricio holds an MBA from IPADE and a BS in Administration & Finance from ITAM in Mexico.
