Juan Carlos currently leads the corporate debt strategy within the private debt practice SURA Investment Management. Before joining SURA IM he had18+ years of experience in Investment banking with emphasis in originating and structuring corporate loans in Banco Itaú Colombia and Bancolombia Investment Bank. He also led the M&A team in an international oil and gas company with presence in Colombia.
Juan Carlos is a Production Engineer from EAFIT and holds an MBA degree from Tulane University.
