Head of Alternative Investments
CVM
Since 2017 is the head of the Alternative Investments supervision at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). The area is responsible for the supervision of different types of asset-backed securities and the credit rating agencies.
Bruno holds a degree in Economics (1999) and Accounting (2010) and a master degree in Economics (2012). Has worked for 13 years at KPMG in Brazil as a senior manager in audit engagements of financial institutions, investment funds and offshore investment vehicles.
He has joined CVM at 2012 where he worked at the alternative investments supervision from 2012 to 2014 and for the Office of Market Regulation until 2016, focused on developing new regulation for the Agribusiness Backed Certificates and the Private Equity Investment Funds.
